1. Services

Lion Media provides social event management, brand activation, content & media production, and audience engagement services. The specific scope of any engagement, including deliverables, timeline, and fees, is set out in a signed engagement letter or statement of work executed between Lion Media FZ-LLC and the client.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the “Lion Media” brand — is owned by Lion Media FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

Work produced under a client engagement is governed by the relevant engagement letter, which typically transfers ownership of deliverables to the client upon full payment.

4. Confidentiality

Information shared during the course of any engagement, including business strategy, customer data, and financial information, is treated as confidential. We do not disclose such information to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules, and currencies are agreed in writing before any engagement begins. Late payments may incur interest and may, at our discretion, pause ongoing work until payment is received.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and our content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee specific results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lion Media's total liability arising out of or relating to any engagement or use of the Site is limited to the fees paid by the client to Lion Media FZ-LLC for the engagement giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the relevant engagement letter. Sections concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, fees, and limitation of liability survive any termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable to companies licensed in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any engagement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
